We now multiply each of the figures independently, by the gross vehicle weight. if, for example the tonne cost is 20.00 then the 30 tonners have to bear 30x20.00 and the 17tonners have 17X10.00 and so on. And add em together.

Obviously as you add more vehicles to your fleet or take on more office staff etc., these figures will have to be modified.
